At Devcode Software Solutions, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services. However, due to the nature of software development, the following policies apply:

Cancellation Policy

• Project cancellations must be requested in writing.

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.

• Advance payments are non-refundable after work has started.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Services already delivered

• Digital products downloaded or accessed

• Delays caused by client-side feedback or approvals

• Change of mind after project commencement

Refunds may be issued only if:

• No work has been started

• Payment was made by mistake

• Duplicate payments occurred
